Well kids, it's Wednesday!  I've surprisingly been fairly productive at work (if you don't count yesterday) and we're gearing up for the conference next week.  I leave on Saturday (6am - die.) and stay until Tuesday -- presenting some neat shit on a gene that is super important for mice eyes (and we already shown was critical in humans).  High fives for making a mouse model for disease, heyohh.  Ok, enough of the nerd stuff.. onto the daily wear!

I've been living a wild life.  Running, cleaning, laundry.  Coop had some training updates with our "dog whisperer" -- he's getting better with his dominance and other dogs don't distract him as much (at least his predator stare is waning).  We have some more work to do, but progress is being made!

This weather has been such a tease -- it goes from mild cold, to really warm.. and I hope it stays this way! I'm ready for skirt and dress weather to STAY. for good.

Winter is a really hard time for me -- I don't do well in the cold, and I generally hate wearing pants. Colored tights and I are usually best friends throughout all the seasons, but every once in while when it dips below freezing, I must wear pants (and since I'm terrible at being cold, they're paired with my CuddleDuds).

Since I'm pretty far behind on these posts, the following outfits are from a warmer time of late fall, early winter. But now that January here -- it's all layers, and jeans. Can't wait for the spring!

Daily Wear: "Winter" Months

Thank goodness it hasn't gotten too cold around here.. yet.. (not compared to what I see S$ wear in NYC, oh boy).. but you still can't be running around in a sundress and a cardigan (I did get yelled at for that one when S$ saw me doing that mess in November. whoops.)

I can't get enough of colored tights, but when it's rainy outside -- jeans and a sweater are the very best option. I'm trying not to let the dreary wintery (yes, frigid in the fall even) weather keep me from looking fly.

Now that it's starting to get colder, I'm trying to continue to stick with dresses and get my colored tights on (love them).. but somedays just call for warm jeans and a sweater. If I move north for school (fingers crossed! Find out tomorrow!), then I'm really gonna get my cold weather gear going. I'm see how S$ does it in the big apple this winter and take some notes. Now its time to distract myself with some work until the big decision day.
