Journals.

I've been writing in a journal since I was real young, and I think it's pretty crucial in general.  It's also nice to go back and read what I was thinking during some integral parts of my life.  Sometimes its just good to get shit out.. if that makes sense.

Well I've decided to upgrade from my usual journals I get from Urban or otherwise to a more adult journal.  I loved the ones from Jenni Bick Bookbinding.

Here's the one I feel in love with.  And even got "Sarah Anne" embossed on it.

 It's small enough to carry around with me, and it's great in quality.  Highly recommend one.
